Nikita Houchins, Realtor/Broker is a veteran of the Real Estate industry. He began his career as a Sales Associate in 1994 and quickly established himself as a REALTOR, with Century 21 Action Plus. Mr. Houchins is a 1994 Bachelor of Science - Business Management graduate of Hampton University, Hampton Virginia.
A lifetime Hampton Roads resident, Nikita prides himself on his knowledge of the local real estate landscape. He is a passionate advocate of homeownership and thrives on the satisfaction it brings to assist first time homebuyers, investors and resale clients, in realizing their Real Estate Dreams. Through community service, teaching, coaching, consulting and advocacy, Nikita utilizes all of his professional talent to assist associates, clients and fellow colleagues in achieving their personal and professional goals.
